City Academy

Location: Birmingham

Category: Full MEP & Controls Refurb

Budget: £2.4m

Full MEP & Controls replacement to the floors (Grd – 5th floor) to repurpose the office into a functional school. Works consisted of modification and replacement to the existing ventilation systems, chilled beams, LTHW heating network, domestic hot and cold-water services, foul drainage, electrical distribution, data distribution, fire alarm , CCTV replacement, and BMS Controls.

West Wycombe Combined School

Category: Heating Upgrade to ASHP

Budget: £1.1m

Replacement of existing oil fed boiler system and replacement with new high efficiency ASHP heating system and secondary distribution systems. Works included installation of new external plantroom, new heating distribution network, supplying new Radiators, LST radiators and fan convectors throughout the site plus the upgrade of the existing electrical main incomer to accommodate the new electrical loads within the building.

Vere Dental Clinic

Full installation of the MEP & BMS systems for a new high end dental clinic. Included 4 pipe FCU’s, MVHR ventilation, lighting and small power and medical gases and suction lines. Installation fo full BMS system to control and manage energy for the site.

Full BMS upgrade across several sites nationwide for MOJ. Upgrade of tiring TREND BMS systems with new and including major upgrade to Manchester CJC, which led to 45% reduction in energy consumption.

Princes Risborough School

Replacement of life safet systems which consisted of Fire Doors, Emergency Lighting and new Fire Alarm systems. Majority of works was completed within a live environment with out of hours works to maintain full operation of the school without interruption.
