- Witnessing of Building Services Installation on behalf of client.

- Dilapidation, life expiry and obsolescence reviews of engineering systems on all types of facilities

- Approved Low Carbon Assessor as part of in-house team
- Electrical Network Management Control Systems in non-critical and critical environments
- Energy assessors for differing accreditation processes covering LEED, BREEAM, SKA
- Approved building control inspectors or local district surveyors
- TM44 and ESOS inspections with accreditation
- Fire Engineering Services (strategy and design)
- Acoustic Services survey, review and design specification as well as construction support
- Vertical Transportation specification, tender support, construction support and sign-off
- Architectural services as required through partnership companies
- Project management services as required through partnership companies
- CDM-C personnel if acting as lead or principal designer as required through partnership companies
- Specialist catering design services
- Specialist leisure consultants (pool, spa, gym, cinema)

- Bentley Hevacomp mechanical and energy modelling software (full package available in- house)
- Amtech electrical design software (full package available in house)
- DIALux and Dialux lighting design
- Autodesk ACAD CAD software as well as sister products throughout the range
- CAD FAB MEP, Autodesk Revit and BIM (Building Information Modelling)
