Below are some of our recent larger, complex and critical projects, we operate on most of our projects with large clients who demand a degree of confidentiality and so most of our project works are undertaken under non-disclosure agreements. - Full mechanical fit out installation of a high-end dental practice in Battersea for the client’s flagship clinic. This comprised of Ventilation, LTHW, CHW, medical gasses, compressed air, suction lines, DH&CWS, above ground drainage, BMS & electrical packages
- Full mechanical fit out installation of a private eye clinic practice in Kingston. This comprised of Ventilation, VRF, compressed air, DH&CWS, above ground drainage & BMS packages
- Full mechanical fit out installation of a Grade 2 listed, private school in Cobham. This comprised of Ventilation, VRF, LTHW, Gas, DH&CWS, above ground drainage & BMS packages
- Installation of electrical distributions and controls systems within the Barking Energy Centre
- Europe's largest fire alarm replacement in a live building of a global financial headquarter — responsible for detailed design and coordination of phasing of the works.
- Responsible for the construction management and detailed design of Europe's largest prefabricated high-rise residential tower
- Detailed design, installation, testing and commissioning of the refurbishment and upgrade of smoke ventilation and life safety services in a key London building in response to Grenfell audit.
- Detailed design, installation, commissioning and now on-going maintenance of a global broadcasting service across the UK environmental controls and alarm systems.
- Sustainability assessments, lighting comparison projects and then full detailed design of agreed energy saving solutions followed by installation works. We provide this service for an NHS trust partnership in London across a very large hospital estate.
- Large scale 11/0.4kV transformer replacement works for a leisure estate across the South of the UK. As well as transformer replacement works for this client, we do other large scale engineered solution asset upgrade projects of chillers, air handling units, generators, water tanks, calorifiers and complex pumping systems and electrical panels, fire alarm systems and BMS control networks
- Security door control upgrade project for a large hotel complex in conjunction with Assa Abloy delivery partners
- Full refurbishment and fit-out of a Grade I listed luxury hotel in Hampshire including luxury spa, underground cinema, Michelin star restaurant, two lakes and high specification landscaped gardens as well as a corporate entertainment farm facility
- Full turnkey BMS solution at several large regional civil courts including dilapidation reports, out of hours working and replacement of all controllers with no noticeable disruption to the courts daily operational requirements.
