The MCJC required extensive upgrade to its electrical and controls systems to bring their current system in line with performance requirements and to ensure the building could be serviced by the services within. The MCJC is a 14-story building in Manchester.

- Supply, installation and upgrade of the sitewide controls systems
- Electrical upgrade serving major plant items
- Panel upgrades across the site
- Bore hole extraction for primary cooling systems – controls intergration and commissioning to bring a system which has been non-operational since installation
- Recommissioning of all mechanical plant and BMS systems across the building to ensure the building is function correctly
