• Stage 5 Design (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health & BMS)
• Removal of existing LTHW heating systems and upgrade with ASHP
• Upgrade of existing cooling systems for new VRF
• New Electrical upgrade for ageing DB’s and new power requirements for the ASHP and VRF systems
• Refurbishment of existing AHU’s
• Upgrade of existing controls systems serving AHU’s, VRF and ASHP technologies
• Commissioning of ventilation, VRF, ASHP, BMS control systems and electrical supply.
