This project relates to 2no. Energy centres in barking. 1no. is existing and being upgraded and the new building energy centre which is currently under construction. The new build energy centre will be lead EC with the existing being utilised as support and resilient back up to the scheme
- Stage 5 Design (BMS & Electrical)

- Dilapidation reports on existing EC to define the BMS & Elec upgrade

- 11Kv transformer incomer to primary DB’s
